Zero procurement data is transferred outside India or used to train public foundation models without explicit authorization.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, maintain, and secure our ContraVault AI procurement platform:
- Account Information: Full name, corporate email address, firm name, designation, contact number, and login credentials.
- Procurement & Tender Content: RFP documents, technical specifications, BOQ sheets, legal affidavits, and pre-bid queries uploaded to the platform.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamped access logs, and feature usage analytics.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used strictly to perform our contractual obligations and deliver procurement AI features:
- Parsing, OCR indexing, risk heatmapping, and generating pre-bid submission packages for your authorized firm.
- Maintaining immutable audit logs for corporate governance and version control.
- Ensuring platform security, preventing unauthorized access, and complying with Indian IT Act regulations.
3. Data Storage & India Localization
In accordance with Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) guidelines and Indian enterprise procurement expectations, all client data, parsed text, and AI embeddings are hosted exclusively on MeitY-empanelled cloud infrastructure located physically within India (AWS Mumbai / Azure Central India) or customer VPC environments.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your procurement data. Data is shared only with trusted sub-processors necessary to operate our infrastructure under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and statutory requirements under Indian law.
